didn't get promoted or any increment during the october promotion.. well, it's not like i'm looking for a promotion anw.. i juz want an increment, haha.. i know my skills are not tt gd yet, and i have only juz worked for a year.. tt's why i'm not exactly looking at promotion.. but i think i have worked hard for my position.. there's practically no difference between assistant or senior speaking in terms of the work we do.. i'm doing stuff that a senior and above would do.. the only difference is only experience.. heck, i'm even doing things that my supervisor should be doing!!! though it's a bit of a special situation since he's from china, and he's only here for a year..

i juz want increment for the work i have done so far.. one can say it's all part of the job scope, but it is also partly due to the fact that there is a lack of staff.. can one still call it part of the job scope if i'm overworked because of lack of staff?

it's really a case of "the higher your expections are, the bigger your disappointment will be".. i was really hoping for an increment this time.. even during off-peak, there was a period of time i was feeling stressed and had wanted to break down.. i shouldn't be feeling like this during off-peak!!! when i realised that was no increment, i was so disappointed that i considered resigning.. but i still need the mentor to ascertain the objectives i have achieved..

but when i consider abt resigning, i'm not sure what is it that i want to do now.. be a normal accountant? or try audit again since i need to fulfil 3 yrs experience and the objectives?
