the whole wk of having just having 3-hr lessons and meals has changed the way my stomach works.. now i get hungry every 3 hrs.. er, well, almost every 3 hrs.. i wake up in the morning to have breakfast, then go for class, have lunch at 1pm, return to class for lessons, have dinner, and go for another class.. aft tt go home slp and the routine repeats itself.. and i always feel hungry on the way home.. thus, resulting in me binging on snacks when i get home while i watch a bit of tv.. =x

my weight always increases when it's near exam and revision time.. i always feel like binging (feels like it helps with my studying) while studying.. and this time, i am really gonna grow fat.. i'll (probably) be binging till the end of exams, and then after exams i'm flying off to hk!! =)

and what will i be doing at hk? eating and shopping.. after i come back, it'll be almost christmas, another time to get eat.. not to mention next yr's cny is much earlier, being in jan.. so right aft christmas, all the cny goodies will be flooding my house.. and post-cny period, my small family of 4 will have to finish off the huge amt of cny goodies brought my relatives (and hardly anybody eats it when they're over at our house)..

=.= i think i'll hold off my exercise plans till after cny.. and i'm hungry now!!! T_T
