dis wk was some health wk at sim, and they had a machine where u juz stand on it, look straight, then they help u calculate ur height, weight and bmi etc.. quite cool actually.. they even print out a receipt telling u ur height, weight, bmi, then ur healthy weight range, and even haf a health tip.. haha.. I'M HEAVY!!! T_T
every time ppl hear me talking abt diet, they tell me i'm not tt fat.. why ppl always link diet to fat? i also keep telling ppl, i know i'm not fat.. i'm juz HEAVY.. i'm like heavier than sungmin, hyuk, wookie and kibum.. thank goodness most of them are like 60+.. hae is only 60kg! lucky i haven exceeded the 60 limit.. i really need to exercise... and cut down on my food intake... but eating is happiness too!!! T_T
oh another way to lose weight fast! GET SICK!! ^^ dun ppl lose a lot of weight when they're sick? i haven been sick in a long time.. maybe i shld exhaust myself out, get sick and lose weight! *_* ppl also lose weight when they exhust themselves wif work hor.. here's hoping tt i'll get sick soon!! but not too serious la.. it's not nice to be sick either.. but can lose weight!!! *_*
