[[back and tired~~]]

back from china~ home still feels the best i guess.. haha.. anw here's a summary of the trip:
1st day - saturday 6 june: it started to rain not long aft we boarded the bus when we reached the airport in beijing.. supposedly the 1st rain in summer, according to the tour guide.. had a change of schedule since it was raining.. we ended up going bird nest and water cube 1st.. dunno why, these places look so nice on tv, somehow it doesn't look tt nice leh.. haha.. maybe it's juz tt my photography skills suck.. haha.. aft tt we went back to the hotel for a short rest cuz some ppl said they were tired, since they din sleep on the plane.. wonder wad they were doing on the plane lor.. we took the midnight flight, so by right shld be able to slp on the plane wad.. oh well~ went to watch some acrobatic show in the evening.. so nice!!! *_* although it's the usual plate turning, somersaulting stunts u often see on tv, dunno whether cuz it's in china so their skills are better, or got better stunts, it's still like O.O when u watch it!!! v nice~~~ *_*

2nd day - sunday 7 june: went to see the 天安門 and 故宮 (forbidden city) today.. it's so big!!! we walked only a small portion the whole morning, and my legs hurt alr, as though i've ran 2.4km.. u know those kind of muscle ache u get when u go running then ur legs hurt the nxt day tt kind of muscle ache.. but i guess i shld be happy since it's a sign tt i really got to exercise? haha.. then we went to 德勝門.. there sat some mystical creature tt's supposed to bring luck to the owner.. *_* i love those kind of charm stuff!!! haha.. it's called 貔貅, and they had the creatures made out of jade hung on strings for u to get if u want.. i wanted one!!! but even a tiny one as a necklace costs like 320RMB!!! abt 64SGD leh!!! too ex for me.. T_T

3rd day - monday 8 june: another rainy day.. went to a shopping complex to shop.. *_* i bought a shirt (my mum helped bargained from 125RMB to 55RMB).. from abt 25 SGD to 11SGD lor.. then i bought a pair of sports shoes and another pair for my dad.. 2 pairs of shoes for 420RMB, which is abt 84SGD.. i tink dis is the most worthwhile deal lor.. cuz the brand of my dad's shoes is timberland.. is it branded? or at least it would be quite ex ba.. haha..
4th day - tuesday 9 june: went the great wall and ming tombs.. great wall view is nice, but some of the steps are v steep and high.. the height of some steps are as high as my knees!!! imagine climbing up a step so high.. O.O kinda scared when i climbed it, since i got fear of heights.. but the view is nice la.. aft tt the tour guide brought us for foot reflexology.. so nice~

5th day - wednesday 10 june: flew to xi an today, and went to see the tomb of yongtai princess.. weather in xi an is quite similar to sg, hot and sunny.. the tomb had a cave of a mural painting showing palace life.. was kinda creeped out passing by tt part cuz it reminded me of a nightmare i had last time.. v scary.. T_T had dumpling for dinner.. kinda special, since they mould the shape according to the filling.. for example if the filling is duck meat, then the shape is a duck lor.. our hotel is inside the old city of xi an, so it's like a total walled up place..

6th day - thursday 11 june: went to see the terra cotta warriors, and had steamboat dinner.. my skin is starting to peel from the dry weather.. T_T btw, my summary for each day is getting shorter cuz kinda tired.. haha..

7th day - friday 12 june: back at beijing by night time.. my conclusion is tt, if u dun eat watermelon, dun come to china.. they serve watermelon at EVERY meal..
